Your continued support and love of Helen Marie’s Gourmet Bread have enabled us to expand both our vision and our venues. 2012 promises exciting new prospects in both restaurant and hotel industries.

This past week, the Food Industry Business Roundtable (FIBR) hosted its 15th Annual Awards Dinner in downtown Los Angeles. The event, titled “A Taste of FIBR“, featured cuisine created by both veteran and food industry newcomers. Helen Marie’s Gourmet Bread was honored at the event and presented with the award for the Most Innovative Food Product for 2011!!
I was extremely surprised and delighted to be presented this award by Executive Chef Steve Kasmar of Trade Tech College. This was a thrilling night for our company, and for our newly-crowned, award-winning gourmet bread!

Helen Marie’s Gourmet Bread will be one of the featured menu items at the Food Industry Business Roundtable (FIBR) annual awards dinner! The event will take place at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College on Wednesday, October 12th.
The Food Industry Business Roundtable is an organization that promotes growth of the ethnic and special food processing industry in Southern California. Helen Marie’s Bread will debut at this spectacular event which will host over 200 food industry representatives.
As a new and upcoming company, we are really excited to have the opportunity to introduce our bread to this audience!
